Purchasing a party package is an automatic acknowledgement of our terms and conditions. Refunds will not be made to un-book an accidental purchase. We are located in Lewiston, Idaho; refunds will not be given to those outside our service area or to those who didn't read where we are located and how far away our parties can be booked.

The booking fee is non-refundable for all parties. This fee holds your party time and date to ensure that 'Billion-hare Bunnies' closes that time to other Clients. 

If a change needs to be made and 14 or more days notice has been given in writing to 'Billion-hare Bunnies' then we will transfer that booking fee to the new booked time. Email or text messages are acceptable forms of writing for any changes.

If a change needs to be made less than 14 days before the booked date. The client will need to pay a new booking fee for the new date. The previous booking fee will only be refunded once another party takes the first booked party slot. Then and only then will 'Billion-hare Bunnies' issue a refund for the first booked party's booking fee. 

Termination Clause 

‘Termination for Cause’, the contract can be terminated at will by either party within 14 days of the party date with written notice. (Text and Email are considered written notice). Terminating the contract will not be a legal means for a refund. We will refund according to our terms and conditions outlined above. 

Termination causes; a broken or breached contract by the Client(not paying for services, refusing to follow ‘your responsibilities’) or either party unable to make the party date for extenuating circumstances, ( i.e. emergent situations, weather changes, death, sickness, rabbits, etc.), serious health issues, change in circumstances, or a mutual agreement. A Termination can not be accepted any time after the party takes place. 

If a party has already been conducted those party fees are non-refundable. Please note that a 3.49% +$0.49 processing fee will be deducted from your total refund amount if your original payment was through paypal. 

Add-on's should be added and paid for after the Client requests in writing to have them add to their party by contacting 'Billion-hare Bunnies'.  Our 'Party Agreement' form includes a request to add Add-on options. This will be considered a form of writing and a request to have these add-on options added to the party but they are not guaranteed until 'Billion-hare Bunnies' confirms your submission of the form and your party's time and date. Then 'Billion-hare Bunnies' will discuss if these items can be added to your party time and what that would look like for times to set up and take down. 

If an add-on is paid for before 'Billion-hare Bunnies' is contacted and before a date is confirmed, then 'Billion-hare Bunnies' may cancel the add-on's or refund them as they see fit for not complying with our contract terms. 

If an add-on is no longer needed we will refund that items price minus any processing fees for the payment. 

If a refund had been made and the Client is in breach of our contract because of the refund (i.e. needs shade for their space but canceled the tent and doesn't provide accurate shade of their own). We reserve the right to end the party as soon as we arrive at the destination, with no refund for the party fees.

Purchasing an Adoption Party package is an automatic acknowledgement of our terms and conditions for this party. This party is an adoption party - It's intent is to be for adopting a rabbit. If you choose not to adopt a rabbit the party fees become non-refundable.  

*If at least one other participant adopts a rabbit your party fee will be refunded back to you as a 'gift' for helping our bunnies find new homes. This will only apply if you also adopt a rabbit during the party. If you decide not to adopt a rabbit during the party your party fee is still non-refundable.
