Billion-hare Tea

Billion-hare Birthdays. $125 non-refundable booking fee is needed to hold a party date. $250 is the full price for the party, if only booking fee is paid in advance the rest of the payment is due 24 hours before Billion-hare Bunnies set's up. Every Tea party comes with a unique tea-party set up. We include a tea party themed table, seats and display items, that are glass, wood and metal. We provide treat displays for the bunnies but you may add your tea-party food and drinks to our set up or use your own. This party comes with our exclusive rabbits (white, specialty colors or specialty breeds) usually 3 or 4 per party. If you are wanting more bunny fun you might want to consider another Billion-hare Bunnies package or we can extend the fun for an addition charge for more bunnies. 

Party Includes: 4-10 rabbits in a fenced enclosure; 64" X 128". (Smaller fences available to accomodate party size and location - please make a request to change this, Larger fences or double fences available for an extra fee). No more than 7 guests in the party fence at a time. Please choose a quiet location away from the main activity so the rabbits stay comfortable. This is a 60 minute party. We bring everything needed to care for the bunnies. We bring floor coverings to keep the inside parties cleaned up quickly and to keep the bunnies from digging during outdoor parties. We need an extra 1 - 1.5 hours of your time to set up and take down - we can determine the tea setting before hand which will reduce set-up time or we can go through the items before the party and decide which to use. Remember to book the time you want us to set-up not the time of the party. Please call, text of email us instructions of where to set-up before the party, so we know where we are heading once we get there. Photos are also great! 

We bring the bunnies to your home or venue. 3-5 minutes to discuss safety before participants enter the enclosure. We educate children and parents about our rabbits and rabbit breeds. You are welcome to take photos of the  participants inside the fenced enclosure while they pet and play with the bunnies. If you are interested in a photo session with the bunnies this is an Add-on item and will require you to contact Billion-hare Bunnies for a longer venue time. 

What you will need to provide: signed consent forms for all participants. A shaded area if outside or a well heated and cooled area if inside (Please read more about 'Your Responsibilities' in our 'Party Agreement' for more information)

 If you are not in compliance with the 'Your Responsiblities' part of the 'Party Agreement' when we arrive for set up. We reserve the right to refuse services without a refund.

Billion-hare Bunnies Party Agreement - must be submitted with payment or before payment. Once 'Billion-hare Bunnies' confirms your time and date. The booking-fee needs to be paid to keep your party date and time reserved.  If a booking-fee payment is not made in a timely manner (24 hours after confirmation) your party reservation may be booked by someone else. 

Accident Waiver and Release of Liability - For all participants or Guardians of the participants to fill out. This needs to be filled out in order to attend the party.
